DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the first race day at Caldi for 2026 - You must have
  renewed your BRCA membership for 2026 to be able to race with us.\n\nPlea
 se note that by booking a space you have agreed to comply with all rules a
 nd regulations of the Club\, the BRCA\, the venue and any government guida
 nce - Please find details of these via the  Caldicot RC Racers Drivers Br
 iefing. You also consent to your submitted data being collected and stored
  for the purposes of managing the entries &amp\; compliance with the above
 .\n\nYou are welcome to come and spectate\, please check the drivers brief
 ing though as similar rules will apply to spectators.\n\n(Racing is Free f

 the point it asks you to login to PayPal)\n\nWe always aim to give everyon
 e 4 rounds of qualifying and a final BUT to accommodate 7 heats the time 
 between races will be set to 1 minute and we will need everyone's help to 
 ensure we start racing before 7:00pm and that we vacate the building by 11
 :30pm. If we can't do this then we may need to reduce the amount of racing
 . Doors will open at 5:30pm.\n\nIf you cannot make it\, please notify us a
 s soon as possible to enable others to take your place.\nPlease complete a
 ll fields completely &amp\; accurately\, if you do not then your entry may

 RC Racers\n\nIf there aren't enough 4wd entries for their own heat\, then 
 we'll run as 2wd only\n\nEntry fees are non-refundable and non-transferabl
 e\, apologies but we are unable to accommodate this due to the volume of n
 o shows we are getting on a regular basis. The exception to this is where 
 the club is forced to cancel an event.
