DESCRIPTION:Let's try for trucks this week - We need 6 for a heat\, if ther
 e are not enough for a heat\, then we can't run them in with the buggies. 
 So bring your buggy just in case!\n\nPlease note that by booking a space y
 ou have agreed to comply with all rules and regulations of the Club\, the 
 BRCA\, the venue and any government guidance - Please find details of thes
 e via the  Caldicot RC Racers Drivers Briefing. You also consent to your 
 submitted data being collected and stored for the purposes of managing the
  entries &amp\; compliance with the above.\n\nYou are welcome to come and 
 spectate\, please check the drivers briefing though as similar rules will 
 apply to spectators.\n\n(Racing is Free for Juniors\, please select the de
 sired class and then exit the website at the point it asks you to login to
  PayPal)\n\nWe always aim to give everyone 4 rounds of qualifying and a fi
 nal BUT to accommodate 7 heats the time between races will be set to 1 mi
 nute and we will need everyone's help to ensure we start racing before 7:0
 0pm and that we vacate the building by 11:30pm. If we can't do this then w
 e may need to reduce the amount of racing. Doors will open at 5:30pm.\n\nD
 o NOT turn up without having successfully entered online. If you cannot ma
 ke it\, please notify us as soon as possible to enable others to take your
  place.\nPlease complete all fields completely &amp\; accurately\, if you 
 do not then your entry may be rejected.\n\nKeep an eye on our Facebook pag

  on RC Results - Caldicot RC Racers\n\nIf there aren't enough 4wd entries 
 for their own heat\, then we'll run as 2wd only\n\nEntry fees are non-refu
 ndable and non-transferable\, apologies but we are unable to accommodate t
 his due to the volume of no shows we are getting on a regular basis. The e
 xception to this is where the club is forced to cancel an event.
