DESCRIPTION:You must have renewed your BRCA licence before you can race wit
 h us in 2025.\n\nPlease note that by booking a space you have agreed to co
 mply with all rules and regulations of the Club\, the BRCA\, the venue and
  any government guidance - Please find details of these via the  Caldicot
  RC Racers Drivers Briefing. You also consent to your submitted data being
  collected and stored for the purposes of managing the entries &amp\; comp
 liance with the above.\n\nYou are welcome to come and spectate\, please ch
 eck the drivers briefing though as similar rules will apply to spectators.
 \n\n(Racing is Free for Juniors\, please select the desired class and then
  exit the website at the point it asks you to login to PayPal)\n\nWe alway
 s aim to give everyone 4 rounds of qualifying and a final BUT to accommod
 ate 7 heats the time between races will be set to 1 minute and we will nee
 d everyone's help to ensure we start racing before 7:00pm and that we vaca
 te the building by 11:30pm. If we can't do this then we may need to reduce
  the amount of racing. Doors will open at 5:30pm.\n\nDo NOT turn up withou
 t having successfully entered online. If you cannot make it\, please notif
 y us as soon as possible to enable others to take your place.\nPlease comp
 lete all fields completely &amp\; accurately\, if you do not then your ent
